NFA Weapons
These are weapons covered and regulated by the NFA branch of the ATF and include the following:

Short barrel rifle less then an 16 inch barrel 26 inch overall.

Short barrel shotgun less then an 18 inch barrel and 26 inch overall.

Suppressors anything that can be placed on a firearm to lesson the report of the weapon.

Machine gun any weapon that fires more than one round with a single pull of the trigger.

All other weapons(AOW) shotguns that were origanally manufactured as a short bareel shotgun (but stock can not be added), penguns etc.

All the above weapons can be purchased by the general public and possessed after the proper NFA paperwork is completed and tax paid .
